Can you work with my current software?
We can read and reformat most host systems files.

Will I need to purchase additional software?
No additional software investment is necessary. We customize professional forms from the files generated from your current host software. We can add special features to enhance the impact of your message including digitized signatures.

How do I send files to you?
Via FTP, email, CD or DVD.

Is my data safe?
Data is housed in our secured host system and removed or maintained per your request.

What postal savings can I expect?
We utilize postal presort software to achieve the deepest postage discounts and USPS mandated barcoding to move your mail through the postal system faster. For mail one ounce and below, most will mail at an average of 35 cents, a savings of $70.00 per thousand pieces mailed.

What is your turn-around time?
Our standard turn-around time from file receipt to postal drop is 2 to 3 business days. If your requirements are different, please let us know.

Can you put inserts into our statements?
Yes. Inserts can be printed by us or provided by you. We have the ability to place multiple inserts into all envelopes or to selectively insert different brochures, newsletters or messages.

Do I have to provide form and envelopes?
We can provide all of the elements of your mail piece. We can inventory these items for you and provide a replenishment program to insure availability.

Do you provide creative services?
